What can I do if the wheel breaks after warranty expired?

Wheel Pros warrants that our wheels will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.  If you are experiencing a structural issue with your wheels, are the original purchaser, and your wheels were purchased from one of our ecommerce stores, you can reach out to us to determine your warranty eligibility.

Please prepare the following articles and include them in your initial email:

  • Vehicle year, make and model
  • Wheel model
  • Original purchase receipt
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of any identifying markings on the backside of the wheel
