What should I do if I think a wheel is damaged?

If you suspect that your wheel may be damaged, DO NOT drive on it. We recommend that you reach out to our Customer Success Team immediately.

Please prepare the following articles and include them in your initial email:

  • Vehicle year, make and model
  • Wheel model
  • Original purchase receipt
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of any identifying markings on the backside of the wheel
