Most of the measurement information for wheels is likely to be present on the rear face of the spokes of a wheel.
Width, diameter, and offset information are very likely to be either cast, stamped, or machined into the wheel itself.
The diameter and width are almost always present as a (number)X(number); for example, "16x7", usually followed by a letter to indicate bead seat type.
Offset is almost always marked with an "ET", and either no prefix, indicating a positive offset, or a "-", indicating a negative offset.
Bolt pattern is less likely to be present. However, assuming one has vehicle application data (Year, Make, Model, Trim), an internet search engine query including that information and "PCD" or "bolt pattern" is almost certain to provide an answer to that question.
